2. Description of Services

We provide online English classes via video call, including free trial sessions, single lessons, and prepaid bundles. Bookings are managed through Setmore and payments are processed via Stripe.

3. Requirements to Use the Service

Users must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and have a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

4. Registration and Accuracy of Information

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when booking classes or purchasing bundles.

5. Booking Conditions

Reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed (for paid services) or after submitting the booking form (for free services).

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations are non-refundable and the credit will be forfeited.

No partial refunds are offered for unused classes in a bundle.

If Virtual English Academy cancels a class, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

7. Pricing

Our pricing is simple and transparent. All prices are listed in EUR.

8. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any credit card data on our servers.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials (PDFs, videos, recordings) are property of Virtual English Academy and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.

10. Liability

Virtual English Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side (e.g., an internet connection, device failures). We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
